The candle warmer uses light to heat the surface of one of your favorite candles. As the wax melts, it releases the fragrance that would normally evaporate when the candle is burned, but for a much longer time. With the dimming control, you can vary the amount of fragrance you’d like as well.
Since there is no open flame, or any combustion whatsoever, there is no fire risk. The heat generated by the lamp is mild and care should be given when moving the lamp if there is still melting wax in the candle.
Because of the larger surface area being melted, the candle warmer actually provides more aroma much quicker than a traditional scented candle. No aromatic oils are being burned or masked by toxic soot and chemicals, either. Because of this, the candle will actually last longer as well.
Candles up to 6″ tall are recommended for this candle warmer.
